Eat More Plants.



I quit drinking coffee and all other caffeinated beverages about 2 or 3 years ago. But recently I starting drink an espresso on occasion or a cappuccino when I felt like I need a jump start in the morning. It truly is addicting, I’ll admit it. I stopped drinking coffee and others because I felt that it dehydrated me more than it quenched my thirst and it got expensive after a while, realizing that I was spending 3 or 4 bucks each morning grabbing that java. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to drinking it every day but it’s a nice treat once in a while. Here I made a cinnamon whipped cream and some vanilla iced coffee. Yum!
