I made lemon mousse tonight. WOW. Amazing. I used a recipe from Ina Garten, I’ve never made one of her recipes that I didn’t love. It was very time consuming although totally delicious. Definitely worth it. It’s very important to get the full volume out of each layer before you fold it all together. That will make the lightest and fluffiest mousse. I love doing citrus flavors with creamy things for the contrast of it all.
