Goodies.
I was craving pastries from my favorite bakery, so I took a ride into the city with my bf to work. Always impressed with this place, they never fail to amaze me with something new and amazing. A few weeks ago they had rainbow cookies with pastry cream as the middle layer instead of the yellow cake and WOW. I died a little. Today I tried a lemon cream jelly roll and a cookies and cream sandwich. Totally satisfied my sweet tooth. I love to bake but sometimes it’s nice to treat yourself and let someone else cook and clean the kitchen! For reference this bakery is called Terrizzi Pastry Shop and it’s 35-14 30th avenue in Astoria. Highly recommend it.
