Homemade.
I know it’s corny but things mean so much more to me when they’re homemade. For instance, I’d much rather have get a post-it with some sweet little words and a flower picked from my garden than a hallmark card and a bouquet of flowers shipped in from fedex. Things have more meaning to me when they’re more personal.
So I bought this hand blown glass bottle from my favorite bead and jewelry store. A friend of mine makes them and shops sell them for her all over Vermont. I made a chain out of some silk and antiqued copper chains. Kind of in love!
Eat More Plants.
