Eat More Plants.



I’ve been craving cold noodles for the past week so I made them tonight for dinner. I love how you can always make them a little different than the last time. Last time a made a really thin omelette crepe-like egg and sliced it up, this time I made a fried egg. Yum. Radishes, cucumbers, tomatoes and leeks, round it all out with some sesame oil, peanut sauce, sesame seeds and that’s it! So simple and satisfying.
