Best snack ever! Baked kale chips. So simple too. Rip the kale into 1 to 2 inch pieces, toss with olive oil & sea salt on a sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes at 275 degrees. Give it a toss half way through baking. Tastes better than potato chips! And kale is super nutritious also. My 3 year old is loooooving it.
