Thai white HOT peppers. I’m not sure what the hell I’m going to do with these…I love hot peppers and hot sauce but these are super spicy, like off the charts. Going to have to look up a recipe or something. I know grilling peppers always reduces the hot factor a little bit. Of course not eating the seeds is the main objective if you don’t want to absolutely fry your tongue off. Maybe I’ll pickle them?! I pickled 10 jars of cucumber the other day. My cucumber plants are doing amazing!!! I love cukes though so I can’t complain. I think I’ve already picked about 15 and I didn’t plant until mid June! Fairly late. I think I could have planted mid May. I learned so much this year about farming and growing outdoors. This was the first year I really did a large scale garden. About 45 feet x 35 feet. Next year I’m going to set aside about a third of the space for berry bushes; raspberries and blackberries. Blueberries really aren’t necessary because my neighbors have a pretty extensive orchard. They have tons of peaches right now which is why I think I’ll make peach scones tomorrow. Yum!
