Maple Cayenne & Rosemary Pecans.
Quick afternoon snack.
Tossed 1 1/2 cups of pecans with 2 tablespoons of real maple syrup, 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon olive oil.
Baked at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Tossed with fresh minced rosemary as soon as they come out of the oven.
So satisfying and simple.
I say real maple syrup mainly because I’d rather lick the sidewalk than use that fake shit. Please do yourself a favor, support a farmer and buy real maple syrup. I’ve made my own and it’s a total pain in the ass. 55 gallons of sap boil down to 1 gallon of maple syrup…so you can imagine the time and patience and work it takes to get a small bottle of it! They call it liquid gold, rightfully so.

I actually made these last week after reading the post and I can tell you, they ate delicious! I used mixed nuts tho. Loved them!
Aren’t they the best snack?!! I love them. Some of my favorite flavors.
