Chocolate & Vanilla.

They say knowledge can be a dangerous thing, right?

Well, this is one of those instances where that phrase applies.

3 Ingredient Chocolate.

I know it might seem kind of funny to make chocolate when you can just go buy a bar or a bag of truffles, but I love this recipe SO much. I can’t lie. It’s addicting. I don’t know why!

I found this recipe on Chocolate Covered Katie, which has a plethora of amazing dessert recipes, as indicated by the title. It’s never a dull day when you’re working with chocolate…

Ingredients:

1/4 c expeller pressed coconut oil
1/4 c raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
3 T real maple syrup (or agave)

Gently heat all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Whisk until smooth and thickened slightly.
Add a bit more oil if it’s too thick.
Pour into molds or onto parchment paper.
If you choose the parchment paper route, lay another piece on top and gently press down to flatten so that you have an even layer of chocolate between the sheets.
Put in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour to set.

Eat. Enjoy. Repeat.

No, I didn’t forget about the “vanilla” part of this post…

This is my 100%, absolute, no-fail FAVORITE smoothie ever.

More delicious, creamy and smooth than any vanilla milkshake you could ever buy anywhere. And it’s good for you! Imagine that.
