I made a fruit crumble for breakfast the other day. You can make if with fresh or frozen fruit, it’s fairly simple and good any time of year. I used rhubarb, blueberries and blackberries. Oats, brown sugar, chopped nuts (I used walnuts, any kind or combination works) flour and either butter or oil make a fast crumble for the top. Bake until brown and crisp on top and you see the fruit start to bubble around the sides. So yum!
