Eat More Plants.

I cannot wait to get tomatoes from my garden!!! I made a baked egg with sautéed asparagus, pancetta and a little fresh mozzarella for breakfast. I bought a little box of heirlooms from the grocery store to make a salad with also. I love how they all have a slightly different taste and texture. The dark purple cherry tomatoes have a super crisp skin and a really mild flavor. So good. That is one veggie I can’t live without. Maybe zucchini as well. Love summer produce!
