My boyfriend bought way too many hot pepper plants this year for the garden. Especially these white hit Thai peppers. I’ve been using them sparingly cooking soups or lentils or chili by just letting one or two of them simmer without cutting them open. However, I came up with the genius idea yesterday of filleting them to take the seeds out and dipping them in chocolate. Nope. Worst idea EVER. I had an immediate headache after eating one and felt nauseous for at least 3 hours. Funny in hindsight but I felt pretty fucking awful yesterday, lol. I will NOT be doing that again. Plus my fingers are still burning wherever they had contact with the seeds. Yikes.
