10 Day Raw Food Challenge.
So here we go…
A friend on instagram suggested a 10 day raw food challenge and I accepted! It’s definitely going to be difficult because my love of cheese always comes between my wanting to be vegan. Also the fact that I have hens in my backyard laying fresh eggs everyday doesn’t really go with vegan…lol. And I do love my eggs.
So here’s todays feature recipe which was adapted by another instagram friends amazing blog just glowing with health and the only thing I changed were the seasonings.
1 frozen banana
1 apple sliced
3 dates
1 c walnuts soaked in water at least 6 hours or overnight, rinsed and drained
1 c almond milk
1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
Blend everything until smooth. Enjoy!
