Apple Pie Smoothie.
Here we go…
A friend on instagram suggested a 10 day raw food challenge and I accepted!
So here’s today’s feature recipe which was adapted by another instagram friends amazing blog – just glowing with health.
1 frozen banana
1 apple sliced
3 dates
1/2 c walnuts soaked in water at least 6 hours or overnight, rinsed and drained
1 c almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
Blend everything until smooth. Enjoy!
I love, love, LOVE this recipe. Totally reminds me of an apple pie.
