Smoothies are my favorite way to get my daughter to eat a bunch of healthy stuff without protest.
This one didn’t have any sneaky hidden veggies but still delicious and (mostly) nutritious. Couldn’t help myself to top it off with a little rice whip and cinnamon.
1 1/4 c non-milk of your choice
2 T nut butter
1 T carob or cocoa powder
1/4 c shredded coconut, unsweetened
1/2 t vanilla bean seeds, or extract
1 frozen banana
Blend. Sip. Repeat. Love.
