One of my favorites that I used today is great for anything that needs some spice. I rubbed a few portobello caps with a generous amount of balsamic and olive oil, grilled them for 5-7 minutes on each side. Also grilled some grape tomatoes and white onions. Layer it all with avocado on a bun, wrap, collard green leaf, or whatever you like and you’ve got a prize winner.
This recipe will be enough for two sandwiches, if you need more just double it!
1 T capers, rinsed
2 T mustard
4 T vegenaise
Sriracha to taste (I use about 1 tablespoon and it’s got some heat to it but nothing crazy)
Mix and slather on whatever you desire.
