Buffalo Cauliflower!
I now know why I’ve seen so many people posting about this recipe lately….it’s AMAZING. Point blank. So good. Drool worthy. And so easy.
For the batter:
1/2 c rice flour
1/2 c water
Pinch of salt
Heat oven to 450. Mix ingredients. Break apart a head of cauliflower into florets and coat evenly with batter. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Batter will harden like a crust.
Glaze:
1/4 c hot sauce
1/4 c oil
Mix ingredients well. Brush onto cauliflower. Put back in the oven for 5 minutes to crisp up again. Enjoy!
So simple, right?!
